Sort It Out Coaching – Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 7th, 2026

By booking a session with Sort It Out Coaching, you’re agreeing to the following:

1. What This Is (and What It Isn’t)

Sort It Out Coaching provides business and personal development coaching.

This is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice.

I’m not here to diagnose, treat, or tell you what to do. I’m here to help you see what’s actually going on, get clear, and figure out your next step.

2. You’re in Charge

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

You are never required to follow anything we talk about.

Nothing in a session is a prescription or directive—just tools, perspective, and options.

3. Payment

When you book a session, you’re reserving time on my calendar.

Payment is due at the time of the session unless we’ve discussed something different ahead of time.

If you purchase a package, I recommend spacing sessions about two weeks apart to keep momentum. If life gets in the way, we can adjust as needed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens—I get it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • First late cancellation (under 24 hours): we’ll reschedule and move forward.
  • Second late cancellation: the session may be charged in full.

If I need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive 50% off your rescheduled session.

No-call, no-show (NCNS) sessions will be charged in full.

5. First Session Guarantee

If after your first session you don’t feel like you gained clarity, a starting point, or value, let me know.

We’ll either make it right or I’ll refund your session.

6. Confidentiality

What we talk about stays between us, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Scope of Coaching

Sessions can include things like relationships, business decisions, personal patterns, and mindset—but they go where you need them to go.

A session is only as good as what you bring to it. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.

I’ll meet you where you’re at, and I’ll also hold my own boundaries if something doesn’t feel appropriate or aligned.

This is a collaborative process, and the value comes from what we uncover together and what you choose to do with it afterward.

8. Agreement

TL;DR: You’ll show up, do the thing—and so will I.

By booking a session, you’re confirming that:

  • You understand what coaching is (and isn’t)
  • You’re responsible for your own choices
  • You agree to payment for the session as outlined above
  • You agree to the terms above

If you have questions, reach out anytime before booking. I’m happy to walk you through it.
